Alliance Membership Relation
ALMR - is a formal membership in the Alliance. One node can be a member of many groups, providing there are no contradictions. Acceptance is described by the CHRT, and physically made by Gativus Edge GATE. Every NDDI has at least one membership in GAAL. However, membership means certain right (to create NDDIs and to modify GAREs) and obligations (allow to establish or modify relations. Relation's modification can be specified to the whole NDDI or to the particular sections or to the individual component. Modification can also include creation of a new POCN with creating new relation, and modification of existing relation by rerouting second point of it.
